Terms

Check-in times: 14h00 to 21h00. Check-in time after 21h00 by arrangement.
Check-out times: 07h00 to 10h00.
Breakfast times: 07h00 to 09h00.

Rates
Rates include accommodation, our offered breakfast and use of the guest lounge, swimming pool area and internet access via Wi-Fi.
Management reserves the right to change rates without prior notice. Rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honored.

Deposit
We require a 50% deposit of the total accommodation to secure a reservation.
The deposit is payable within 24 hours of making the reservation, after which the room allocated to the booking is released for re-sale

.Payment
Payment can be made by any of the following means:
– Cash
– Zapper app
– Bank/internet transfer (EFT)
– Credit card (VISA or Mastercard)
Any bank charges incurred by Orange Inn Guest House in relation to international funds transfers are to be met by the guests and will be added to the balance due on departure

Balance
The outstanding balance is payable on arrival and any additional expenses on departure.

Cancellation Policy
25% deposit forfeiture with cancellation after booking made if more than two weeks away from arrival date.
50% deposit forfeiture two weeks or less away from arrival date.
100% deposit forfeiture 48 hours or less before arrival date.
Full invoiced accomodation amount will be forfeited for all cancellations on arrivals between 15 December and 5 January.
NO SHOWS will be charged the full invoiced accommodation.

Arrival and Departure Times
Rooms will be available at 14h00 and 17h00 on the day of booked arrival
late or early arrivals must be arranged with management.
departure must be by 10h30 on the booked day of departure.
late departure is at the discretion of management and dependent on room availability.

Insurance
It is your responsibility to take out appropriate personal travel insurance

Damage to Contents / Property
In the event of any damages to the room, a suitable amount will be added to your final bill to rectify the damage and/or replace the item(s) affected

Our Liability
Orange Inn Guest House and it’s owners or employees do not accept any liability for loss, injury or damage whatsoever arising sustained by any person or third parties in or around the premises. This includes private vehicle damages of any kind whilst on or around our premises. Due to the unfenced swimming pool we do not allow children younger than 4 years near this area. Older children need to be supervised by their parents/ guardian at all times.

Braai facilities
For our guests’ enjoyment. All meals must be enjoyed either on the patio or in the breakfast area please.

Honesty bar
We have a stocked bar for your convenience. Please fill in what you have enjoyed and hand in the form at reception. If you have a very early checkout, please leave correct amount in your room.

Swimming pool
The swimming pool is unfenced. Therefor children under 4 years old are not permitted in the pool area. All children over this age need to be supervised by the accompanying adult(s) or guardian. Towels for the pool are available at reception. Please do not use the room towels for this purpose. The pool is shallow all-around. Never dive or jump into the pool.
